Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve students in school settings in Plano, Texas. You will conduct functional vision and learning media assessments, provide direct instruction, and adapt materials to support academic access.

Collaborate with Orientation & Mobility specialists and teachers to ensure coordinated service delivery. You will participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional vision and learning media assessments to determine educational impact.
• Provide direct instruction and implement appropriate material adaptations to support academic access.
• Recommend, implement, and support assistive technology solutions for students with visual impairments.
• Collaborate with Orientation & Mobility specialists and classroom teachers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations to support student success.
