Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for children and families.

You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and provide weekly supervision for BCBA candidates, contributing to high-quality care and measurable outcomes while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team. This role offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensure as LBA preferred (before starting services).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
