  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with district/state rules.
  • Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavioral interventions within MTSS.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve students within a Houston-area school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on students' behavioral, social, and academic outcomes in one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the country.

Position Overview

As a school-based BCBA, you will serve as the behavioral expert on a multidisciplinary team, guiding evidence-based interventions across classrooms and support settings. You will partner closely with general and special education teachers, school administrators, related service providers, and families to design and implement individualized behavioral supports that promote independence, engagement, and student well‑being.

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday–Friday school-based schedule
  • No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements
  • All school holidays and district-observed breaks included
  • Collaborative, team-driven setting with access to a dedicated clinical network
