Job summary

Mashpee Public Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs at Kenneth C. Coombs School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The BCBA will develop and refine programmatic and individual behavioral supports, model data collection and BSP/BIPs, and collaborate with staff to implement effective strategies across classrooms. Candidates should hold BCBA/LABA credentials, strong communication skills, and be prepared to

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Behavior Analysts (LABA) and BCBA certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required; CORI and fingerprint clearance required.
• Safety Care Certification (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to develop comprehensive behavior plans for students with autism spectrum disabilities and behavioral needs.
• Observe students and coordinate strategies with staff to implement behavior supports.
• Collect information for FBAs, analyze data, and make recommendations for strategy changes.
• Plan and implement social skills activities targeting IEP-identified deficits.
• Record and analyze data; provide feedback to staff and parents on interventions' progress.
