Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support students in a school setting in Indianapolis, IN. You will implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote positive student outcomes.

Under supervision of a BCBA, youll conduct FBAs, develop positive behavior plans, collect and graph data, and support classroom staff to implement strategies.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• FBAs and Behavior Support Plans experience required.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as required by state.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Use assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff to ensure implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
