Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft applications (Teams and Excel) required.
• Prior experience in medical or behavior health office preferred.
• Previous experience with virtual platforms such as Doxy.me preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for families enrolling in school-based services.
• Perform enrollment and ongoing care tasks including outreach phone calls, chart setup, insurance verification, scheduling, and paperwork processing.
• Provide administrative support to school-based clinicians and team leads.
• Schedule evaluations and medication review appointments for school-based consumers.
