Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Access Representative to provide front-office support at our Avon, IN office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients through intake and scheduling processes.

Ideal candidates have medical/behavioral health office experience and are proficient with Word and Excel; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or behavioral health office is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors in a courteous, professional manner and follow the Visitor Sign-in Policy.
• Answer phones professionally and transfer calls as needed; check voicemail regularly.
• Explain the intake process and collect consumer information and insurance details.
• Check-in consumers for appointments, print receipts, and manage fees.
• Schedule clinician appointments and handle rescheduling when needed.
• Send, scan, and log documents into the chart as required.
