Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree, or higher, in education or related field required for some positions.
• Experience or training in ABA, preferred.
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certified, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for Classroom/Sped teachers for meetings.
• Prepare materials for teachers in the Special Education department.
• Set up assistive technology for student use.
• Participate in weekly training/consultation with classroom teacher.
• Reinforce previously taught concepts in small groups.
• Communicate with liaison regarding student progress.
• Document student progress academically and behaviorally.
