Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of ABA experience in a public school or private special education setting or clinical environment.
• RBT Certification or equivalent education pathway must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Creole language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly structured ABA-based instruction using behavioral principles.
• Run programs targeting academic, communication, motor, social, and daily living skills with prompting sequences.
• Collect data and record progress; graph progress daily.
• Support generalization of skills in general education settings; implement play plans.
• Prepare materials for educational programs and reinforcement systems as requested.
• Work with students displaying challenging behaviors; implement crisis-prevention protocols as needed.
• Attend required meetings and trainings after school.
