Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in educational settings with ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development and meaningful participation in the school day.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support, implement behavior intervention plans, and maintain accurate data.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting).
• Reliable transportation to school sites; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
