Job summary

Ro Health is hiring School Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond in Massachusetts. The role offers school-hour schedules with full-time or part-time options and pay between $28 and $30 per hour, depending on assignment, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain; Ro Health can assist).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA behavior therapy as designed by a BCBA with clinical fidelity.
• Support students in IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies and proactive approaches.
• Communicate with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your development as an RBT.
• Apply ABA interventions including DTT, Play-Based Therapy, and Naturalistic Teaching strategies.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code.
