Ro Health seeks School-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond, in Massachusetts. Positions offer full-time or part-time schedules aligned with school hours, with competitive $28-$30 hourly pay based on assignment and credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks (state and federal).
• Strong communication and collaboration with school staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with fidelity to treatment plans.
• Support students in IEP goals: behavior regulation, social skills, communication, academics.
• Collect and document behavior data and adjust strategies with BCBA input.
• Promote independence in daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Implement DTT, Play-Based Therapy, and Naturalistic Teaching as appropriate.
