Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youth in educational, clinical, or community settings.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and accurately collect observational data.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with teachers, clinicians, students and families.
• Calm, patient, and professional when responding to challenging behaviors and using de-escalation techniques.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, ABA or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and meet district/work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support in classroom settings.
