Job summary

Hello ABA is seeking a part-time, in-person Special Education Paraprofessional to support early learners with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy at home or community settings. You will help teach daily living, communication, and social skills while collecting data to measure progress and inform plans.

You will collaborate with parents and caregivers, work closely with your supervising BCBA, and benefit from ongoing professional development including tuition reimbursement for ABA master's

Qualifications

Strong communicator with patience, adaptability, and professionalism.
Experience working with children or autism is a plus.
Able to complete the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to early learners with autism.
Teach essential daily living, communication, and social skills.
Collect and record data during sessions to measure progress.
Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support skill development.
Partner closely with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
