Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Interventionist in Norwood, MA to deliver direct services to students with autism and related disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis. You will work under supervision in classrooms and one-on-one sessions, with an expected 6–8 week placement lead time and a commute of 20–40 miles from home.

You must have a high school diploma, motivation to follow guidance, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to document clinical notes electronically.

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma.
• Experience with students; ASD exposure preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).
• Willing to drive 20–40 miles to assigned school site.

Responsibilities

• Using ABA principles, implement clinical programs for students in classroom and one-on-one settings.
• Maintain punctual, reliable schedules with students.
• Produce administrative and clinical paperwork accurately and timely.
• Comply with policies, procedures, timelines and budgets.
• Learn, respect, and represent Intercare Therapy's history, mission, and brand.
