Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Braintree, MA seeks a School-Based Interventionist to provide direct ABA services to students with autism. You may work across several school sites within 20–40 miles during training, with later placement near home, and a schedule aligned to school hours.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and compensation starting at $24/hour. Strong communication, reliability, and flexible, organized work style are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Completed High School diploma.
• Experience working with students preferred; ASD exposure highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Using ABA principles, implement clinical programming and behavior strategies in classroom and one-on-one sessions for children with autism.
• Maintain punctual, reliable schedule with students.
• Produce administrative and clinical paperwork accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, timelines and budgets.
• Learn and represent Intercare Therapy's history, mission, and brand.
