Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Interventionist to provide direct services to students with autism and related disorders, implementing clinical programs under supervision. You may support multiple students within a classroom and must be willing to drive 20 to 40 miles to assigned schools.

Availability during school hours is essential for training and ongoing career growth. Required credentials include a completed High School diploma; experience with students is preferred, ASD

Qualifications

• Completed High School diploma.
• Experience working with students preferred, exposure to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, implement clinical treatment programming and behavior intervention strategies by providing classroom support, one-on-one direct intervention, and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.
• Maintain punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with students.
• Produce required administrative and clinical paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
• Comply with company’s policies, procedures, timelines and budgets.
• Learn, respect, and represent the Intercare history, mission, and brand.
