Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Interventionist to provide direct ABA services to students with autism in a school setting. You will operate under supervision and may drive between 20 and 40 miles to assigned sites, with training and ongoing support from a Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor.

Starting compensation is $24/hr for part-time roles. High school diploma required; experience with ASD preferred and bilingual skills valued.

Qualifications

• Completed High School diploma.
• Experience working with students preferred, exposure to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, implement clinical treatment programming and behavior intervention strategies by providing classroom support, one-on-one direct intervention, and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders
• Maintain punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with students
• Produce required administrative and clinical paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
• Comply with company's policies, procedures, timelines and budgets
• Learn, respect, and represent the Intercare history, mission, and brand
