Job summary

Point Quest Group in Sacramento is hiring Behavioral Aides to support K-12 students with special needs. Pay range is $18.50-$21.00 per hour, Monday-Friday with school hours (about 6.5-hour shifts).

You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instruction, apply ABA methods, and respond to crises using Pro-ACT or CPI. You will supervise students, record data, and collaborate with teachers to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance where applicable.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to target behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.

Job Description:

Point Quest is Hiring Behavioral Aides: $18.50-$21.00/hourly | Sacramento Region | Monday-Friday | School Hours (approx. 6.5-hour shifts)|

About the Role:

Support students with special needs in K-12 school settings. You'll implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom. This role works closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care for students with learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs.

What You'll Do:

• - Bachelor's degree in related field (required for BA III level)
