Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the Northridge and Reseda, CA area. In this role, you'll support children in reaching their social, emotional, and behavioral goals.

The ideal candidate will need a high school diploma or GED, experience with children diagnosed with Autism, and strong communication skills. The position offers a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits including medical insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or other special needs required.
• Reliable transportation and willing to commute up to 10 miles (30–45 minutes).
• Physically able to kneel, run short distances, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors.
• Track and document progress, behavior data, and session notes.
