Job summary

CBEST, now part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for students with behavioral needs in the Northridge and Reseda area of CA. Join a team dedicated to improving social, emotional, and behavioral goals in a school setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of experience with autism or related needs. Full-time, with training and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with children diagnosed with Autism or other special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors in a school setting.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors.
• Support students in developing communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
