Compass Group USA's Flik Independent School Dining is hiring for a full-time Baker at Casady School in Oklahoma City. You will prepare baked goods according to recipes and production specifications, contributing to daily kitchen operations and maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.

This role supports production records, portion control, and presentation while keeping equipment clean and areas orderly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production records, tracks waste and shortages, and informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
• Handles foods items appropriately and with safety regulations in mind during preparation and service.
• Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area; keeps display equipment clean and debris-free.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
• Keeps up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Checks that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
• Follows sanitation and safety principles in handling food and equipment, complying with corporate and OSHA standards.
• Completes shift work in a timely and thorough manner per department standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
