Job summary

Compass Group USA's Flik Independent School Dining is hiring immediately for a full-time Baker at The Westminster School in Atlanta. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with prior fine dining and baking production experience preferred.

You will prepare baked goods from recipes, maintain sanitation, assist with production records, and provide friendly customer service. We offer free meals, uniforms and laundering service.

Qualifications

• Previous fine dining, heavy production, and baking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Ensures proper food presentation, quality, and serving temperatures.
• Completes production records and informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
