Qualifications

• Previous high volume baking experience required.
• Familiarity with production sheets and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries according to production sheets and specs.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Maintain sanitation and proper serving temperatures; follow safety standards.
• Ensure proper presentation and quality of all baked goods.
• Complete production records including waste tracking and shortages.
• Assist with equipment and workstation cleanliness.
