Job summary

LLE Education Group seeks enthusiastic teachers to inspire young learners in a supportive, mission-driven environment in Virginia. You will design engaging lessons, guide children through daily activities, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students.
• Support children through learning, play, meals, and rest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas.
• Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates.

Compensation…

• The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
• Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
