What You Bring...
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following: Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in child-related credits. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience
- Experience working with young children; school setting and/or childcare facility
- Willingness to work flexibility hours based on the needs of the school and program
- Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
- Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment
Compensation...
- The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
- The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
- Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students
- Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
- Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
- Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates
