Job summary

LLE Education Group in Haymarket, VA is seeking passionate teachers to inspire and care for young learners. Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

You will create engaging lesson plans, support children through daily routines, communicate with families via apps, and help maintain a warm, organized classroom. Minimum CDA or ECE credential and 1 year licensed childcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CDA or ECE certificate or degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.

Requirements

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environmen

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
