Job summary

LLE Education Group in Virginia is seeking enthusiastic teachers to inspire and lead in our early childhood classrooms. You will create engaging lessons, foster safe and stimulating environments, and collaborate with families through daily updates.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Compensation

• The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
• Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
