School Age Teacher - Before & After School

Location: The Learning Experience - Owings Mills, MD

Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Split Shift: 6:30 AM-9:30 AM and 2:00 PM-6:30 PM

The Learning Experience - Owings Mills is seeking an energetic and dependable School Age Teacher to lead engaging before- and after-school experiences for our school-age children.

This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys working with older children and creating an environment where they can unwind, connect with friends, complete activities, and stay engaged before and after the school day.

Qualifications

• Must be Maryland Preschool AND School Age Teacher qualified
• Must meet Maryland Office of Child Care education, coursework, and experience requirements for the position
• Previous professional school-age, childcare, camp, after-school, or early childhood experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable availability for both portions of the split shift is required
• Dependable, energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Must meet all applicable Maryland Office of Child Care requirements
