Job summary

Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties in Salem area is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure adherence to DELC rules and supervise a team of about five licensed staff. Responsibilities include guiding school-age groups with a focus on safety and individual needs, while implementing planned curriculum under the Multi-Site Director.

Programs run Monday–Friday across multiple sites; before/after-school hours plus planning time up to 29 hours weekly. Summer availability is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and able to obtain Pediatric First Aid & CPR.
• Background check clearance required.
• Associate degree or Oregon Registry option required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately five staff meeting licensing qualifications.
• Supervise groups of school-age children with safety and dignity.
• Follow and create curriculum under Multi-Site Director; implement weekly schedule.
• Model and uphold YMCA core values in daily activities.
• Plan and post daily schedules; manage site purchasing and supplies.
