Old Colony YMCA is seeking a Group Leader to work in the Youth Branch program at 465 Main Street, Brockton, MA. You will help supervise the program, ensure a safe environment for children, and reflect the YMCA mission in daily duties.

The role requires 18+ years old, 6 months school age experience, a high school diploma, CPR/AED and First Aid, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed. Some early mornings, late nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and 6 months school age experience.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and assist with supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising the program and ensuring a safe, healthy, and constructive environment for children.
• Uphold the mission and values of Old Colony Y in all job duties.
• Support program staff and participate in occasional public speaking as needed.
