Job summary

Community Teamwork is seeking a Senior Group Leader in Lowell, MA to supervise and coach youth in the School Age Program. You will assume site leadership when the Site Manager is absent, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

You’ll mentor youth, support curriculum development, and foster positive relations with families while maintaining organized spaces and records. Eligible candidates bring relevant childcare experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires interaction with school-age children and families.
• Experience coordinating activities and supervising groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead in charge when Site Manager is not on site and ensure site operations.
• Maintain attendance records and comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Provide supervision and safety for children and manage daily curriculum.
• Build relationships with youth and model positive behavior.
• Support weekly curriculum planning and case-management communications.
