Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking a Group Supervisor for our Colonial School-age team. You will help lead the day-to-day operations of the school-age program in the Colonial School District during the school year and summer.

The role focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, communicating with families about children's growth, and collaborating with district staff while mentoring the team and guiding enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• AA in Education, required; BA/BS Education preferred.
• Two years’ experience working with children.
• Excellent communication with parents and school district personnel.
• Must obtain required clearances and health TB screening prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Communicate with families about children’s development through observations and conferences.
• Collaborate with school district personnel to support programming.
• Orient, supervise and mentor staff with necessary tools and support.
• Facilitate family intake and enrollment process.
