Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at Marian E. McKeown Elementary School in Newton, NJ for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers morning and/or afternoon shifts with Monday through Friday school calendar hours.
Salary ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, part-time, non-exempt, with employer-paid childcare benefits and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.
LOCATION: Marian E. McKeown Elementary School in Newton, NJ
PAY: $17.00 - $18.00per hour
SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar
Morning Program: 7:00 - 8:15 am
Afternoon Program: 3:00 - 6:00 pm
Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.
