Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs at Milton Union Exempted Village School in West Milton, OH, for the 2026-2027 school year.

The position is part-time and non-exempt, with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour. Typical hours follow the school calendar, with morning and/or afternoon programs and opportunities to work both.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework support.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment and serve as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations, including attendance, registration, and staffing as needed

Morning Program: 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM
Afternoon Program: 2:45 PM-6:00 PM
