Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for the Before and After School Program at Milton Union Exempted Village School in West Milton, OH. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon slots, offering an hourly pay of $14.50 for part-time, non-exempt positions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma, and bring a genuine love for supporting children’s growth through play.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
• Health clearance including TB screening per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, etc.).
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations, including attendance records and staffing responsibilities.

• Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
