Job summary

The role may require substituting in preschools and infant-toddler centers as needed; candidates must hold or qualify for a California Child Development Permit (Teacher Level) and have at least two years in licensed child care facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess California Child Development Permit (Teacher Level).
• Minimum two years of experience in licensed center-based child care.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, TB Test, immunizations including TDap and MMR.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of Title 22 and Title 5 applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aides and 45 school-aged children in an after-school program.
• Plan and oversee daily classroom activities promoting safe, healthy exploration.
