Job summary

Celebree in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Teacher's Aide for the before- and after-care program serving school-age children. You will assist in implementing activities, supervise children, and uphold the Caliday mission and values in a safe, learning-focused environment.

You will maintain program space, communicate with parents and staff, ensure classroom safety and cleanliness, and help with certification requirements and ongoing education credits as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in childcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the program space per regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities and behavior management.
• Communicate with parents about updates and concerns in a timely manner.
