Job summary

Caliday is seeking a Teacher's Aide to support the before and after school care program. You will assist with activities, supervise children, and help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment under the Program Director and School Age Teacher.

The ideal candidate has some experience in the childcare field. You will help implement age-appropriate activities, greet families by name, and ensure classroom safety and cleanliness while following MSDE-OCC regulations and Caliday policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare field preferred.
• Knowledge of managing classroom activity and safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program space management and activity implementation.
• Supervise children during activities and use appropriate behavior guidance.
• Communicate with parents and families on updates and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
