Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is hiring Associate Teachers in Elk Grove, CA. You will create developmentally appropriate curricula, foster engaging, safe learning environments, and partner with families and centers to promote children’s growth.

You’ll support social-emotional development, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs across age groups. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 12-24 postsecondary units in ECE/CD or related field with passing grades.
• Associate Teacher Permit or higher issued by California CTC.
• 6-12 months of group care experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned to children's interests.
• Maintain enriched learning environments and age-appropriate activities.
• Provide excellent customer service with authentic connections to families and staff.
• Ensure children are supervised safely and health guidelines are followed.
