Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Certification as School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts.
• Licensed or eligible LMHC/LCSW/LICSW preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Three to five years in mental health/clinical social work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address social-emotional and behavioral concerns affecting learning.
• Serve as liaison between families and school to support educational planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling for anxiety, social skills, and behavior.
• Develop RTI and PBIS supports and coordinate with school teams.
• Assist with IEP/504 processes and monitoring as needed.
• Collaborate with community partners to connect services for students.
