Primrose School Franchising in Atlanta, GA is seeking a School Acquisition Consultant on the Growth & Transformation team to guide Franchise Owners through the early transition to Primrose standards and Balanced Learning implementation.

The role is full-time, field-based, requiring coordination with Sales, Development, Learning & Development, Marketing, and operations to ensure enrollment growth, staffing stability, and brand integrity during the acquisition process.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in multi-unit management, operations or program management.
• Experience with franchising and early childcare; change management or business transition experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of State Childcare Licensing rules, accreditation and curriculum implementation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines and vendors; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authority.
• Ability to travel to acquired schools as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted, consultative relationship with Franchise Owner from acquisition close, partnering with Sales and Development at handoff to understand staffing, enrollment, facility condition and risks.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive school-specific transition plan with the franchise owner and internal teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development to assess staff readiness and sequence training during conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing on re-brand processes and communication plans to establish trust and drive enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, staffing and financial performance against the acquisition proforma and take action with Franchise Owner.
• Ensure acquisition milestones, deliverables, and timelines are completed on schedule.
• Monitor acquisition progress and address barriers delaying transition.
• Document findings and mitigation plans for leadership review.
• Escalate issues impacting operational continuity or enrollment performance.
• Support Franchise Owners in meeting licensing requirements and Primrose standards.
• Lead phase-gate and readiness reviews with cross-functional partners and report status to leadership.
• Complete a structured handoff to Franchise Business Consultant when readiness criteria are met.
