Qualifications

• Bachelore28099s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in scholarship administration, grants or nonprofit operations.
• Certification from the hiring organization or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, compliance and process improvement.
• Experience with grant or program mgmt systems like Salesforce, DocuSign and forms tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management.
• Experience applying AI or automation to streamline workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management of multiple scholarship and education funding programs.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor activity for policy, eligibility, compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Create reporting materials, dashboards, and leadership-ready summaries.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, development and other teams to execute objectives.
• Manage priorities and stakeholder expectations while meeting deadlines.
• Support use of tech and automation to streamline administrative work.
