The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking a Coordinator of Scholarships to manage the Foundation's scholarship portfolio and support awarding processes using Academic Works. Under the Director of Scholarship Processing, you will ensure timely awarding, train staff, communicate with donors, and prepare stewardship reports while aligning with gift criteria and compliance metrics.

Under the direction of the Director of Scholarship Processing, the Coordinator of Scholarships assists with the management and administration of the Foundation's portfolio of scholarship funds. The Coordinator of Scholarships continuously evaluates the Foundation's scholarship program and identifying opportunities for growth and excellence, while improving the donor and recipient experience by awarding all available scholarship funds, ensuring adherence to the gift agreement criteria and compliance metrics. The Coordinator works closely with various units to advise and assist in training of University staff on Academic Works, the comprehensive scholarship database system that provides campus-wide consistency in scholarship awarding, compliance evaluation and donor reporting.
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
