Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree by employment start date or Associate’s degree by employment start date plus two years of experience or six years of experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills congruent with a collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

  • Clear and post degrees; create and maintain degree audits.
  • Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods by executing core functions in term development, scheduling, registration, end-of-term processing, course catalog maintenance, and transfer credit articulation.
  • Communicate Registrar policies, timelines, and deadlines to academic departments to ensure university-wide compliance and seamless process execution.
  • Address non-compliance with institutional policies and verify data accuracy across the SIS and supplemental applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise business systems (including but not limited to Workday, Banner, uAchieve, Change of Program) while advising faculty, administrators, and students across all campuses.
  • Resolve or elevate complex operational issues for faculty, staff, department leaders, and students.
  • Conduct system testing within the SIS and enterprise platforms to support upgrades, custom enhancements, and production issue resolution.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
