Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Explain the status of scholarship applications and next steps.
• Educate on scholarship and financial cost savings processes.
• Award, monitor, and report scholarships in ASAS and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Serve as primary field representative at recruitment or information events for scholarship information.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current students and families using the scholarship management system.
