Responsibilities

• Oversee the awarding decision process for undergraduate scholarship applications.
• Serve as liaison to internal and external stakeholders involved in awarding scholarship funds.
• Oversee administrative actions tied to undergraduate scholarship policies and guidelines.
• Approve and build budgets for scholarships added to the Alabama Scholarship Awarding System (ASAS).
• Train campus partners, including 100+ college and departmental scholarship awarders.
• Conduct complex analyses of department operations with a focus on student recruitment.
• Support strategic planning and operations as part of the scholarship management team.
