The University of Alabama seeks a Scholar Development Coordinator to assist with student mentorship, scholar development programming, campus engagement, and advising initiatives within the Office of External Scholarships and Fellowships (OESF).

The role develops and implements scholar development initiatives to prepare students for nationally competitive opportunities throughout their undergraduate careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree and related experience required.
• Knowledge of undergraduate student development and nationally competitive scholarships preferred.
• Ability to develop educational programming, mentor students, and coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist with student mentorship and scholar development programming.
• Coordinate campus engagement and advising initiatives across the university.
• Develop and implement opportunities for students in scholarships, fellowships, internships, and graduate education.
