Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Schematic Leadership professional to guide store schematics, manage space planning programs, and lead a high-performing merchandising team. You will collaborate with national and division merchant teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely project milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and analytics skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience with schematic tools and in-house OMNI systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years retail experience with space management tech expertise.
• Preferred experience in schematic production, space planning, or assortment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schematic creation for ~15% of store areas with national strategies.
• Lead and develop team, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with National and Division merchant teams to align goals.
