Full Package Media in Addison, TX is seeking a diligent, coachable scheduling assistant to book shoots, handle client inquiries, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with photographers, manage edits, upsell products, and contribute to a high-energy, friendly team environment in the Dallas area.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, punctual, have a positive attitude, and enjoy real estate media. You must be able to work in the office and reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and follow systems and processes.
• No experience needed in photography/real estate, but interest required.
• Excellent computer skills; typing preferred over cursive.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities.
• Punctual, well dressed, and reliable transportation.
• Dallas/Ft. Worth resident and able to work in office.
• Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and book shoots via phone and email.
• Process edit requests, manage concerns, respond to inquiries.
• Own issues and find effective resolutions.
• Learn Full Package Media products and upsell where suitable.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences at all times.
• Provide logistical help to photographers as needed.
• Assist in automating processes and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy office vibe.
